Wonderful film that may not b...Great stuff, indeed! Wonderful film that may not be a thriller (as you say) but brilliantly keeps you intensely engaged in spite of being "ordinary" human drama. It's like Phone Booth without the sniper (and, of course, I love that film). <br />I would interpret it a bit differently - not as someone who is always punished for doing the right thing, but as someone who has coped with his inner angst by "drawing a circle around it" and solving the problems. Now a mistake cracks the circle open. Is this cracking open a huge mistake that needs to be brilliantly solved or the beginning of salvation for Locke? A great question. It reminds me a little of the questions raised in Take Shelter. **** from me as well and two mugs lifted high.
